H2One’s Ministries

At H2One we are invested in several ministries that help those both within and outside of our own community. We provide many different types of support to those who are a part of H2One, and we are committed to extending that love and help to the broader community.

Internal Ministries

Kids’ Ministry

H2One’s kids’ ministry runs during most Sunday services, after the main worship session. All kids between the ages of 5 and 12 are welcome.

All our volunteers have been background-checked, and take the kids through a variety of fun activities, including a craft, games and story time.

Small Groups

To provide deeper spiritual support and an opportunity to closely examine God’s word, H2One has a series of small group meetings that occur weekly on various evenings and mornings around Adelaide. These small groups are open to any who wish to join.

H2One’s music team is passionate about good music and praising God. They love leading their community in worship each week, and see music as a beautiful gift from God with which to praise Him. H2One’s worship sessions run at the beginning of each Sunday service.

We greatly appreciate and value all those who serve within our community in various ministries both on a Sunday night and during the week. If you’re not yet on a serving team and would like to be, get in touch with the Vision Team!

H2One Baptist Church has joined the National Redress Scheme as a member of Baptist Churches of South Australia. The National Redress Scheme provides acknowledgement and support to people who experienced institutional child sexual abuse and was created in response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. More information about the participation of Baptist Churches of South Australia in the National Redress Scheme is available on the BCSA website.

External Ministries

Scripture Union Beach Mission

Beach Missions have been a part of the South Australian holiday landscape for over 60 years. Their purpose is to connect with children, young people and families on holidays for fun, build long lasting relationships, and to explore the Christian faith.

H2One provides a significant contribution of volunteers and resources to the annual Moonta beach mission.

Green Team

Encounter Youth mobilises over 600 Christian volunteers to serve in local communities facing serious social challenges. Volunteers are known as the Encounter Youth Green Team.

H2One contributes a team of volunteers to Encounter Youth for the annual South Australia Schoolies Operation.

Point Pearce

A combination of church groups are positively contributing to the Point Pearce region by working with the local community to show God’s love and establishing a presence in the area.

H2One’s leaders work closely with Pt. Pearce’s responsible church officers to volunteer what is most needed in the community.
